Condition
Illustration is accurate. Please note that the height is 34 cm (not 24 as indicated in the catalogue). Both covers and bodies have been extensively restored and the varnish applied while the restoration has become yellow. The gilt bronze mounts of good quality. Expected stains and wear particularly to the square base.
