- 38 x 22 x 19 cm ; 15 x 8 2/3 x 7 1/2 in.
each on a gilt-bronze base, one representing Saint Ann with the Virgin Mary as a child standing on her left side, the other Saint Joseph with the Christ Child on his knees, a blossoming rod at his left arm, both dressed with elaborate coats decorated with flowers
Condition
In overall very good condition, usual minor scratches commensurates with aged. Need a bit of cleaning, specialy on the gilt bronze bases. Saint-Joseph : Marked twice on the back of the coat and a 19 century French import mark on the sleeve of Saint-Joseph's left arm. Saint-Anne : Marked twice on the back and on the bottom of the coat, two assay-scrapes, also struck with French import mark (19 century), on the left arm's sleeve.
