Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. There are scattered areas of rubbing at the extreme edges of the canvas with both minor pigment loss and accretions from the artist's frame, visible upon close inspection. There is a pinpoint area of pigment loss to the upper left corner. There is a pinpoint accretion to the upper center. There are areas of visible pigment loss throughout the artist's frame, inherent to the artist's working method. Under Ultraviolet light inspection there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
