Catalogue Note

Originally intended as a gift to Daniela D'Angor at Daniel Templeton Gallery, Sol LeWitt's 'Folded Drawing' from 1970 delicately encapsulates the artist's exploration of linear geometry within the three dimensional form.  The composition evokes the artist's large-scale wall drawings, while the folded paper resonates with the intimacy of the artist's hand.
