Arabic manuscript on paper, 171 leaves plus 4 fly-leaves, 21 lines to the page, written in ghubar script in black ink, verses separated by gold dots, surah headings in red thuluth against a gold ground within cartouches, margins in gold, division notes on the margins in red, opening gold and polychrome bifolium, in lacquer binding decorated with flowers, within later fitted box, with chain

Condition

In generally good condition, some pages with losses to the borders and tears, minor stains, smudges, the binding with cracquelure, as viewed.
