Description

  • 6.8cm. 
decorated in polychrome enamels on a gold ground, the breast, wings and tail set with colourful paste with petalled collars, the beak, wings and tail-feathers with drop seed-pearl pendants, reverse enamelled with floral motifs, hook for attaching chain

Condition

Enamels bright, minor chips to extremities and to one section at centre of back, oxidisation to coloured stones, seed pearl pendants probably later additions/replacements, as viewed.
