  • 47.5 by 49.8 by 86.5cm.
the surface decorated with mother-of-pearl and tortoiseshell, with foliate and geometric designs, thin ivory and bone borders near the feet, five drawers to the front 

Condition

Most of the surface decoration intact, with some wear to the extremities and few sections of the mother-of-pearl and tortoiseshell missing, some have been consolidated, some have been kept in a small plastic box inside one of the drawers, the reverse with some abrasions and a panel of mother-of-pearl missing, losses to the ivory on the lower front side, which has been replaced by bone, with five lock plates, which are oxidised, as viewed.
