Condition
Overall very good condition. The shade with approximately 4 hairline cracks, all stable. The shade with some light surface soiling throughout concentrated to the contours adjacent to the leadlines. The bronze surfaces with some scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions and with some minor traces of oxidation and light surface soiling to the recessed contours of the design, consistent with age and gentle handling. The hanging components and ceiling canopy all appear to be period but possibly assembled. All sockets appear to be period and undisturbed. A superb example of the model executed a rare smaller scale than the standard model of this design, imparting the piece with great elegance and refinement, ideal for a hallway or smaller intimate space.
