This photograph, on double-weight semi-glossy Agfa paper, is in generally excellent condition. As is a typical of the photographer's working process, the following are visible: a general rippling of the surface that likely occurred during creation of the object; several sharp handling creases in the image and margins, some of which may break the emulsion; scattered deposits of paint overall; and bumped corners. When examined in raking light, intermittent glossy deposits are visible along the upper margin edge. The quote reads as follows: 'The ruined wood we used to know won't cry for retribution The men who have destroyed it Will accomplish its revenge.' There are scattered paint deposits on the reverse and a one-3/4-inch abrasion. The print is hinged along its upper edge to an overmat.
