This work appears to be in generally good overall condition. The tonality is lightly warmer compared to the catalogue illustration. There is a tiny stain of dirt towards the centre of the painting visible in the catalogue illustration. There are traces of browning along the right edge and to the centre of the left edge. There are traces of dirt by the lower left corner and three tiny scratches by the upper left corner and towards the centre of the left margin. No traces of retouching appear to be visible under UV light.
