Condition

Contrecollé au montage par le bord supérieur. On remarque des taches brunes sur l’ensemble du papier. Les plus importantes sont au milieu du papier. On remarque une tache dans l’angle en haut à gauche, mais peu dans la partie en bas à droite du papier. On remarque des taches rouges dans le coin en bas à gauche, qui sont des taches de gouache, provenant peut-être de l’atelier. La matière reste toutefois fraiche et vibrante. Dans un cadre en bois sculpté et doré. Laid down and hinged to the mount at the upper margin. There are some brown stains throughout the sheet. Most prominent is located near the middle of the sheet. There is one at the upper left corner there are a few lower right section of the sheet. There are some red stains at the lower left margin which appear to be gouache stains, possibly studio stains. Otherwise medium remains fresh and vibrant. Sold in a carved and gilded frame.
