The illustration of the catalogue is accurate despite being too bright. The gilding is rubbed and tarnished. The upper flame of one wall-applique is slightly pressed in the upper vase and an acanthus leaf had been broken and restored to one branch. The central branch of the other wall-applique is slightly loose and one acanthus leaf on the lower part is broken but is still attached to the branch. Both wall-appliques had been fitted and drilled for electricity. Please note that we do not guarantee the electrical system is in working order. It has to be checked by a professional electrician. Beautiful neoclassical model and nice quality of chasing.
