Condition

The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration although the blue is brighter and the green deeper in the original work. The work is laid down on another canvas. Faint marks from a previous stretcher are visible along the four edges. The surface presents some classic fold marks, inherent to the artist's folding technique. Under Ultra Violet light inspection there is no evidence of restoration. This work is in very good condition.
