Designed as a butterfly set en tremblant, the torso centering a marquise-shaped citrine measuring approximately 15.1 by 31.7 mm, the antennae set with two pear-shaped emeralds and the eyes with two cabochon rubies, the wings decorated with round diamonds weighing approximately 13.60 carats, accented by calibré-cut rubies, further set with marquise-shaped diamonds of orange hue weighing approximately 1.60 carats and round diamonds of yellow hue weighing approximately 1.35 carats, the wings completed with two pear-shaped diamonds of brown hue weighing approximately .75 carat.

Condition

In very good condition with no apparent wear to the mounting. The medium, slightly brownish citrine is eye-clean. The well-matched, medium-deep red buff-top rubies are eye-clean to lightly included. The medium-deep green emeralds are lightly included. The near colorless diamonds are approximately G-H color, VVS-VS clarity. The round colored diamonds in slightly varying shades of Fancy Deep Brownish Orange, and the pear-shaped diamonds approximately Fancy Deep Greenish Yellow-Brown; approximately VS clarity. Wingspan approximately 4 inches. Please note the brooch is accompanied by a fitted box.
