Condition

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the rose-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 0.30 carat, are mainly about H to I colour (with some J colour), SI to I clarity, some rose-cut diamonds are chipped but not visible to the naked eye. The oval sapphire weighing approximately 1.50 carats, is light blue colour, with a few hairline scratches and minor fingerprint and crystal inclusions. The rectangular sapphire cabochon is deep blue colour with abrasions and chips on the surface and moderately included upon 10x loupe inspection. The white agate hoop with noticeable scratches particularly on both sides. Two rose-cut diamonds deficient. Signed and numbered, and with French assay marks for gold and platinum.Condition: Vintage karat yellow gold and platinum mount, shows signs of wear commensurate with the age. The gold case with noticeable scratches. The enamel on the bottom of the case, the chains and both the thumbpieces are with minor to moderate chips and minor scratches. The enamel on the top of the case is noticeably damaged. The glass of the mirror is in good condition but the silvered backing is tarnished and two sides are flaking off. A few brilliant-cut diamond replacements. Overall condition is fair.
