Jadeite Bead, Diamond and Ruby Necklace

Composed of thirty-nine graduated translucent jadeite beads of apple green colour, to the circular-cut diamond and ruby spacers and clasp, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 710mm.

Colour and Clarity: According to the Jadeite Testing Certificates, the jadeite beads are natural, Type A Jadeite Jade. Please refer to the certificate for details. In our opinion, the jadeite beads are translucent and matching, of medium apple green colour, with white clouds which are not noticeable when worn. Rubies together weighing approximately 4.55 carats, of intense purplish red colour, translucent clarity. Diamonds together weighing approximately 1.90 carats, are about H to I colours, VS clarity. Condition: Karat white gold clasp, in very good condition. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that jadeite and rubies of Burmese origin and articles of jewellery containing jadeite or rubies of Burmese origin all less than 100 years old may not be imported into the US. The purchaser's inability to import any item into the U.S. or any other country as a result of these or other restrictions shall not justify cancellation or rescission of the sale or any delay in payment.
