7 volumes in-8 (205 x 130 mm). Maroquin rouge, encadrement de pampre et roulettes perlées, dos orné de caissons à ombilics mosaïqués de maroquin vert et criblés aux mille points, tranches dorées (Rel. P. Bozerian).
Rousseurs pâles au portrait. Quelques très minimes frottements aux coins. Sans le huitième volume contenant les œuvres badines, qui manque le plus souvent.
Première édition par Rigoley de Juvigny, académicien à Dijon, ornée du portrait de Piron gravé par Augustin de Saint-Aubin d'après Caffieri.
Sur papier vergé fort de Hollande.
Relié et décoré aux mille points par Bozerian, de toute fraîcheur.
On y a ajouté le portrait de Piron par Deveria, face au récit de sa vie (tome I). En tête du tome I, 2 feuillets in-8, copie d'un poème de Piron à M.r D*** Procureur g.al à Caen qui nous avait honorablement hébergés dans notre voyage en Normandie, daté de 1730.
Somptueux exemplaire.
