Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly richer and more vibrant in the original. The catalogue illustration also fails to convey the subtle texture of the fabric visible in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Extremely close inspection reveals a few very minor and unobtrusive spots of wear to the lower left and bottom edges of the frame. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
