Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly brighter and more vibrant, and the paper tone tends more towards soft cream in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is hinged verso to the mount in several places and undulates slightly. There is an artist's pinhole towards the centre of the right edge. Close inspection reveals a few faint handling marks and creases in places, which are likely to be original. Extremely close inspection reveals a small number of very short and unobtrusive repaired tears along the extreme lower edge.
