There are two internal bruises to the lower interior well of the vase, one is approximately 1/8 inch wide, the other ¼ inch wide. After the catalogue had been published, the cloudy liquid residue that is visible in the catalogue (and 1999 Arnoldsche book) to the interior of the vase had been professionally cleaned. A photograph of the vase following the cleaning is available on request.
