Condition

Overall very good condition with the exception that the base of the obelisk has at some stage become detached from the body where the four ball feet meet the top of the base. This has been re-glued and the glue is evident as a yellowish deposit around the base of the four balls. The top finial also appears to have had a glue repair re-attaching it to the top of the stem. In addition it appears that two of the prunts to the finial have been reattached with glue. Despite this, in our opinion overall the work presents well, and this represents a rare opportunity to acquire a scarce model.
