Condition
Oil on canvas, with a wax lining. The picture surface is in generally good condition aside from a very fine web of stable craquelure and a shiny varnish. Under UV light, there is a 6 inch diagonal area of inpaint in the upper right background, above the head of the right figure, and a much smaller area of inpainting in the lower left corner. There are an additional few small spots of inpainting in the chest of the left-most figure and in the hem of the right figure's dress.
