Condition
Oil on canvas, lined. The work is covered in a shiny varnish. Surface dirt. A fine web of craquelure. Under UV light, there are areas of retouching and the girls cheeks and nose at the edges of her lips and in her for head above her proper left eyebrow. Despite a green fluorescing varnish that is difficult to read through, additional spots of inpainting are visible scattered in her hair in her dress and in the background.
