Condition

The Circumcision in the Stable: with small margins, in good condition apart from a subsequent, small printed area to the right of the ladder, remains of prior hinges at left sheet edge verso, framed. ('No. 46' inscribed in the lower margin away from the image). Jan Lutma with a narrow margin at lower sheet edge, otherwise trimmed to or just within the platemark, in good condition apart from occasional pale fox marks (mostly visible in the window), the sheet glued to the backboard at the edges verso (verso unexamined), framed. Self-Portrait Drawing at a Window: Slightly unevenly trimmed to or just within the platemark in places, a large loss at left made up with thin laid paper and the landscape redrawn in pen and ink, the whole supported with card, a vertical repaired tear at upper right (approximately 1cm), framed.
