Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is a hole in the head for a lost halo. There is dirt particularly in the crevices and there is a patch of particular wear to the surface to the chest. There is minor wear to the gilding including to the nose and ears. There are a few small nicks. The mount connecting the bronze to the base is modern with modern soldering.
