Condition

Overall the condition of the wood is good with some wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There are a few minor losses including to the tracery at the top edge, the crowns, and the fingers of the Virgin. There is a stable naturally occurring split to the tracery at the top left. The other section of tracery had something stuck to its reverse at some point. There are several holes for mounting to the reverse including two that penetrate the group to the sides. The label is missing a section of the top left corners and is currently overlapped by the modern mount.
