Condition

Original canvas. The surface is slightly dirty. There are minor abrasions and associated paint loss around the edges. There is some minor craquelure visible, including a line near the woman's foot in the lower left corner and there are some areas of varnish in the black pigment in the work. There is a small line of craquelure in the lower right quadrant and craquelure in the black pigment. Under UV pigment fluoresces around the edges of the work and in the lower left and lower right corners. Held in a wood frame. Unexamined out of frame.
