Condition
The canvas is unlined. The surface is in good condition aside from some fine craquelure throughout that is most evident in the sky in the upper portion of the painting. There is a slightly dirty varnish and some surface dirt that may respond well to a light cleaning. There are some pinpoint losses in the center to the left and lower right side. Under UV; there appears to be old retouching in the near area of the lake from the left to the right and a few minor spots of new retouching in the lower right.
