  • pen and brown ink and wash over traces of black chalk heightened with white on blue paper
  • 16 5/8 by 10 1/4 in.; 42.2 by 26 cm.

Condition

Laid down on paper. In generally good condition aside from small nicks to the edges, in particular to the upper left and right corners. There is also a small tear in the lower left corner which may have originated from an old pin prick hole. There is some minor surface dirt and the lead white heightening is beginning to show signs of oxidation. The ink and wash are still fresh and vibrant.
