Condition

The canvas is lined. The surface is thinnly painted and slightly abraded. Wide-spaced paint separation throughout with accumulated dirty varnish in the ridges, most notable in the figure's face. Otherwise in generally good condition. Inspection under UV reveals small scattered retouches throughout, particularly in center of the figure's forhead, nose and, chin; to the left of her earing and her proper right hand.
