Condition
The panel is cradled and flat. Vertical crack upper left corner 5 in. from left edge and right corner. Surface in generally good condition aside from paint loss upper right corner, forehead, hair, shoulder on the right, draped fabric on the right, left corner on the hand, left edge next to the hand. 3 inch vertical scratch with paint loss in lower middle on chest. Fine vertical cracks and unstable craquelure throughout. Inspection under UV reveals retouches to vertical crack upper left corner and scattered around face and background addressing paint losses.
