Condition
The canvas has been laid down on another canvas. The surface is in generally good condition aside for fine pressed craquelure, frame abrasions, minor losses lower left corner, middle right edge, upper and lower right corner. Slightly dirty varnish appears to have darkened over time. Under UV; inpainting visible along the edges addressing frame abrasion; minor retouches in the figure's chest and right arm.
