SURFACE: in good condition; a faint vertical line (shadow) extends from top of tree at center foreground up to sky (about 8 in.)--pigment surface is not disturbed (no cracking) UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: a few scattered tiny spots in sky (no relation to shadowy line mentioned earlier)
