Condition
This work is in excellent condition overall. The artist used both pastel and acrylic in this work and there are a few small scattered areas of deeper blue pastel in the lower left corner of the blue painted sky. Linear applications of pastel are scattered throughout the dark ground of the hillside, but it is possible that a diagonal linear stroke located 6 ½ - 9 in. from the bottom and 29 ½ in. from the right may be a soft scuff. Under ultraviolet light, there are no apparent restoration to this painting. This work is framed in a blonde wood strip frame.
