Condition
Very good condition overall with minor surface dust and marble inclusions at several places consistent with age and handling. Minor surface dirt to her nosetip. The left medal in her hairdress appears to be slightly restored. Very attractive piece.
The base is signed ANDREONI, for one of the members of the Andreoni family,
either Giuseppe Andreoni, active between 1883 and 1894,
or his son Orazio Andreoni active between 1884 in Rome and 1889 in Paris.
