Drypoint, 1905, from La Suite des Saltimbanques, an extremely fine impression before the plate was steelfaced (after the printings by Delâtre), printing with rich burr and considerable plate tone, on sturdy wove paper
Condition
With full margins, a deckle edge on each side, in good condition apart from a small fox mark at centre of left platemark, very slight surface dirt along the edges of the sheet, inscribed 'Bg 17' in pencil in lower margin recto, unframed.
