STRUCTURE
Original canvas in sound condition.
PAINT SURFACE
The paint surface is dirty with traces of craquelure. There are also patches of light bloom, lower right and traces of a stretcher marks along the upper and side borders.
ULTRAVIOLET
UV light reveals retouching throughout the sky, to the foreground lower right and to a minor repair, lower right.
FRAME
Held in a painted plaster gitl frame with some chips and paint loss.
