Condition

The canvas has been relined. There are some fine cracks to the paint surface within the upper left and right quadrants, although the surface is stable. Presented in a black, gilt, wood and plaster frame, with a cream gesso inlay. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no evidence of retouching.
