Condition
In some of the areas of thicker paint there is evidence of craquelure and patches where the paint has lifted revealing the lighter paper beneath. This is a feature fairly characteristic of Piper's work. There is a scrap of brown paper attached to one of the darker areas of paint towards the centre of the lower edge.
Framed behind glass in a silvered frame with a cream mount and unexamined out of the frame.
