Condition

Original canvas is sound, but slightly dented in the upper left corner. Some minor frame abrasion to the upper left corner, and some very slight craquelure to the flower heads, most noticably to the Sweet Williams. A patch of retouching in the upper left quadrant is visible to the naked eye, otherwise in goodcondition, with bright and vibrant colours. Clean and ready to hang. Ultraviolet light reveals a scattering of retouching. Held in a decorative, peach coloured composite frame, with gold painted flower motif.
