Description

  • diameter 12 1/2 in.
  • 31.7 cm
painted in the center with two ducks swimming amongst lotus blossom within a pink-ground diaper band around the cavetto painted with flowerheads and reserved with panels of precious objects and and a border depicting the Eight Immortals amidst clouds around the rim. Small restored rim chips.

Condition

There are two minor, well-restored shallow 1/4-in. chips to the rim at nearly 12 o'clock and at 8 o'clock. There is a small chip-like firing fault at 12 o'clock, two minor flat 1/8-in. chip to the undeside of the rim at 8 and 10 o'clock and two additional very minor pinhead chips at 10 and 3 o'clock. Apart from this and a very minor spot of wear to the enamels of one duck, the charger is in good condition.
