In overall good condition. Some pieces missing.
As written, the two cutglass bottles with broken neck.
One of the cups with a bump and a dent, the other with a dent, the cylindrical box with a bump at the base.
All pieces stamped Biennais, except the smallest ones.
Excellent quality, specially teapot and tea-caddy.

On peut comparer ce nécessaire avec celui livré par Biennais à la duchesse d'Otrante, illustré dans Indispensables nécessaires, RMN, 2007, p. 32-33. Ces deux nécessaires sont les seuls, à notre connaissance, pour lesquels le motif de paon fut utilisé.
