Provenance

Ancienne collection Prosper Poullet (Louvain, 1868-1937).
Prosper Poullet devint député en Belgique en 1908. De 1911 à 1918, il fut ministre des Sciences et des Arts, puis ministre de l'Economie, des Chemins de Fer, de la Marine, de la Poste et de l'Intérieur. Il devint en 1925-1926 premier ministre. Puis, de 1932 à 1934, il fut à nouveau ministre de l'Intérieur.
Par descendance jusqu'au propriétaire actuel.

Condition

Both in overall good condition. The mustard pot with metal later liner, the sugar-caster slightly bent. Very nice quality and chasing.
