Overall very good condition. This piece is a painted work executed on a found chest of drawers by American Furniture of Martinsville. With minor surface scratches and chips to the painted front of the chest as seen in the catalogue illustration. These are mostly concentrated to the edges of the case and drawers and are so small that they do not detract from the overall decorative scheme of the piece. The back is not finished and the piece is intended to be used against a wall. Minor scratches and chips to the feet and top surface as expected with age and use. Some surface dirt to the interior of the drawers.
