Description

with slightly everted sides and sloping flattened rim, moulded with raised central boss and gadrooned rim, painted in golden lustre with a central armorial shield of a hare set in a wheel pattern roundel, the well and cavetto with narrow concentric bands of dot-and-stalk, foliate scrolls and wheels, the gadroons around the rim with alternating fish-scales, wheels and stylised flowerheads, the back with stylised leaves and scrolls, single rim hole for suspension

hairline crack to rim running into the cavetto, small rim chips and minor repairs, some rubbing to the glaze, as viewed
