  • approximately 430 by 301cm., 14ft. 2in. by 9ft. 11in.
similar to the preceding lot, inscribed in Persian at lower end of field and in English at the upper end in a cartouche supported by mermaids:  "This Carpet Woven in Tabriz on 1986. With Banam's design. by Alizadeh & Taher Zadeh"

Condition

original end finishes, some losses to fringing and minor loss to flat woven kilim to lower left hand corner. Knot count: 9/cm horizontal; 10/cm vertical
