Condition

losses to original end finishes, splitting in side guard stripes, pile overall in good condition even, closely sheared approximately 2-3mm in depth, localised repiling and cobbled repairs to fold breaks through central medallion, multiple breaks along right-hand edge in reciprocal guard and some in to outer floral guard stripe, repaired split in left-hand reciprocal guard stripe, lovely quality wool, very good colour, fragile particularly on right-hand side as described, should be cleaned, and conserved
