Description

the fullered blade with maker's stamp at the forte, the hilt with one plain silver side with a floral spray in niello, the remainder decorated with carved floral scrolls, studded bands and two raised domes, embellished throughout with niello, the scabbard en suite with a dotted silver-gilt chape with domed finial, one side of plain silver with nielloed foliate decoration, inscriptions and leather suspension loop to the lock

Condition

In good overall condition, the blade with some rusting, particularly at the tip, as viewed.
