Description
the narrow tapered steel single-edged blade decorated with gold overlaid scrolls and inscriptions, foliate moulded silver-gilt forte, the hilt with rare black jade facings with applied lobed bosses set with rubies and emeralds, ruby pommel, the silver-gilt scabbard with wood interior and bud chape, set with rubies and emeralds and applied foliate loop
Condition
In good overall condition, some rubbing of silver-gilt scabbard, particularly towards the chape, scabbard with some small dents, as viewed.
