Description
the watered-steel blade decorated at the forte with a dense ground of palmettes and split-palmettes, the hilt with corresponding gold-overlaid vegetal ground and a central cartouche on either side with inscriptions, the side facets with grid and dotted design, the scabbard en suite with bud finial
Condition
In good overall condition, some rubbing to the gold overlay at the tip of the scabbard, the blade coming slightly loose from the hilt at the forte, as viewed.
